Signature at MGM Grand is comprised of three 40-story condotel towers. Condotels are a hybrid of traditional condo ownership combined with a hotel room. Owners can add their condo to the hotel reservation program when they are not using it, in order to generate rental income.

Owners of Signature condos have access to the amenities of the MGM Grand hotel and casino that feature restaurants like Joël Robuchon and Wolfgang Puck. The hotel also has nightclubs and entertainment, such as HAKKASAN, KA by Cirque du Soleil and Wet Republic. There is a huge casino, sports book, and the Grand Spa and Health Club.
