Landmark is a family-owned investment and renovation company serving the Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego areas. Our formation stemmed from a love for California design and a passion for real estate, and together we have been transforming houses into dream homes since 2016.

Imaginative Value-Add Opportunities
We seek opportunities that provide the highest probability of earning favorable returns without assuming unnecessary risks. With years of experience in the real estate investment industry backing our team, Landmark seeks out chattel in which we can add value through renovation or restructuring. These assets are then either rented to produce income, or sold and quickly reinvested into new assets.
